Welcome to Paradise

Dear New Neighbor and Homeowner:

One hundred thirteen homes WELCOME you to the neighborhood! Paradise Farms has existed since 1998 and we are happy for you to be part of it. There is a monthly Board meeting, usually the 3rd Monday of every month. All Homeowners are welcome to attend. The Annual Homeowners Meeting is during the month of March. Current information for all meetings is available for your viewing within the Board Meetings & Minutes tab.

There are four community properties throughout the neighborhood. These include the two front entrances (East and West), Play Field, and Tot Lot. The Play Field is equipped for you and your guests to enjoy a baseball field, soccer field, basketball court, picnic tables, benches, and a ¼ mile paved track - great exercise for you and your family. The Tot Lot has a playground with picnic tables as well. The Play Field and Tot Lot are equipped with dog waste stations to help Homeowners with dogs to keep our areas clean. Waste Connections helps keep our neighborhood clean too. Murrey’s Disposal picks up garbage and recyclable/yard debris materials on Wednesdays.

Paradise also has a Neighborhood Watch program. You are encouraged to call police to report any suspicious or criminal activity. Then, contact the Board (email is the quickest method at this point) so all neighbors can be updated with email alerts. It is very important to report all suspicious activity as this helps our police department allocate resources. Please let us know if you have not already received the Neighborhood Watch static cling decals for your front and back doors, local emergency contact information for Pierce County, and a current neighborhood directory. Knowing that your neighbors are looking out for you is a nice sense of security.

You may email the Board at theboard@paradisefarmshoa.org to add your contact information for the neighborhood directory and the Neighborhood Watch program. If you do not wish to be included in the directory, the Board will still need your name and address for other mailings.

A copy of the CC&R’s is available on our website within the CC&R's tab. Please review them for all the neighborhood rules/regulations and to stay current with the on goings of our community.
